Dear Amazon Fulfillment Team,

I am writing to dispute the warning I received from your team regarding the shipment being received at the wrong destination. According to your message, it appears that our shipment was not delivered to the intended location. However, we would like to bring to your attention that the issue was caused by Amazon Freight redirecting the destination on their own.

As you may already know, we had provided the correct shipping address and had no control over the redirection process. Amazon Freight had made thedecision to redirect the shipment without consulting us, and they confirmed that the decision was made by Amazon. Therefore, we strongly believe that we should not be held responsible for the shipment being received at the wrong destination. We followed all the necessary protocols and provided accurate shipping details.
