如何处理入库索赔

部分入库

  1. 进入亚马逊inbound shipment 页面



  2. 选择你需要开查库存的货件

  1. 提交POD 跟invoice



注意点:
  • POD 上的PO 号 需要跟FBA 的reference一致
  • 发票日期应该比装运创建日期早一周或两周
  • 发票购买数量应等于或大于 FBA ID申报的装运数量
  • Invoice 不能是Excel 格式, 必须要导出成PDF, 或者图片.
  • 发票的购买主体需要跟账号主体尽可能一致.

完全未入库

  1. 进入帮助中心

  2. 选择 发货去亚马逊 英文: Inventory Shipped to Amazon (Inbound)

Subject: Urgent: Delayed Shipment - Warehouse Investigation Requested
Dear Amazon Customer Service,
We are writing to urgently request an investigation into the delayed check-in of our shipment. Despite providing a Proof of Delivery (POD), we have not received the products, and an excessive amount of time has passed. Please address this matter promptly.
