Why is product A displayed on tiktok, but product B displayed on the system delivery list?
Answer: The TikTok shop did not maintain Seller SKUs, and the SKUs of the order updated into ShipOut system were not automatically matched by the system through mapping, but OMS SKUs were manually selected to ship. As A result, the shipped product B was displayed on the system, while the shipped product A was displayed in the shop.
Please note: The Seller SKU's shop is not maintained and the order is entered into the ShipOut system, the Store SKU and OMS SKU will be empty.
