Why can’t Amazon store products process orders in the system after they are mapped with aliases?
Amazon SKU is unique. ShipOut pulls the Amazon Store SKU instead of the Amazon Store ASIN, so when mapping aliases for Amazon Store products, the system SKU should fill in the SKU instead of the Amazon Platform ASIN.

Why can’t a mapped product be submitted for an outbound order?
You can check whether the OMS SKU in the order has a value. If not, you might have pulled the order to the system first and then do the mapping. Just pull the order again, and the system will automatically associate the mapped SKU.
